McClure Land Unlimited is proud to announce an exciting new farm management program.  We are taking the traditional farm management business into the Internet age.  As a landowner, you can use our site to get exposure for the highest possible rental rate for your property.  This system also allows operators to expose their resumé and desires for obtaining additional land for their operations.  

The system is very simple and user friendly. All of the bidders information is kept completely confidential. If you do not have Internet access our friendly staff will do everything for you.   As an owner of land, you provide us with the information pertaining to your farm.  We will need the legal description, Farm Service information, and your minimum amount for the cash rent lease.  The system is very flexible whether you want a one, two or five year lease we can handle it.  The timing of the rental payments can be tailored to your desires. 

We will provide the aerial photos and the soils maps to the biding farm operators.  This will simplify their decision process so that bid will come in at a rapid rate.  The rules of the bidding process will allow the owner of the land to accept only the best value.  Past performance and reputation of the operator could and should be considered.   Therefore the top bid may not win the contract.
