Farm operators and landowners agree to use this site only if they agree to the terms and conditions for its use.
McClure Land Unlimited, Inc. is not the agent for either party.
McClure Land Unlimited, Inc. will not be responsible for or collect any rental funds.
Said rents will be paid directly from the operator to the landowner.
Landowners may reject any and all bids at their discretion.
Landowners are advised to review references submitted by farm operators.
Landowner will have the opportunity to choose from the top 3 bidders on their property.
McClure Land Unlimited, Inc. is not responsible for any future disputes that may occur with the rental arrangement.
It is FREE to list your items on our site, fees are not paid unless a contract is agreed upon between owner and operator.
If contract is agreed upon between owner and operator, McClure Land Unlimited, Inc. is entitled to 7% of total rental price agreed upon. In the event the incumbent farm operator is awarded the lease, McClure Land Unlimited will be entitled to 5% of total agreed upon rental price. Payment to McClure Land Unlimited, Inc. will be due within 10 days of receiving invoice.
