You may simply email or phone in your bid for the land. If a bid is received that is higher than yours, you will be notified by your choice of email, text message, or phone (provided that you have a working answering machine or voice mail system). Bids will be taken until the posted end date (end date is posted along with the listed property), and the top three bidders will be kept informed of their status until the final deadline is reached. The top three bids are then reviewed with the landowner for the best value and past performance. References (one landowner and one banker) will be required to be submitted for review prior to the awarding of a contract.
There are two ways to place your bid on a property.
1. CALL! You may reach us at 402-650-1816, ask for Molly, and she will assist you in placing you bid!
3. TEXT! You may also TEXT message your bid to 402-650-1816 anytime.
In order for us to serve you best, when you place a bid, we will need your contact information (address, phone, email, fax). This way we can keep you posted on the progress of the auction, and let you know if you have been outbid or if you have won the auction.
PLEASE make sure to have the number associated with the property. It is locted with the property of intrest (upper left hand corner, next to the property name) on the the "Properties for Rent" page.

Upon request escrow services will be provided for the handling of the lease contract and exchange of the rental funds for the sign lease.
Leasing agreements will be drafted for an additional fee of $ 250.00.
